Appointment & Credit Card Policies
Dr. Ruth Durkee has been in private practice since 1995 and is starting a new chapter. She is now preparing, with sadness and excitement, to retire at the end of October 2026. Dr. Durkee will continue to see her patients by appointment only until that time.

It is important to arrive on time for appointments as she attempts to see her patients on time.
​
Please note: There is a 3% service fee for use of credit cards. A debit card used with a PIN# will not incur a fee. An HSA Card requires a PIN#, contact your card carrier.
​
There is a late cancellation or no-show fee of $25.00. Please give the office 24 hours notice of any appointment changes. This allows us time to schedule someone on a cancellation list.
